We have appointments available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at both our Scottsdale and Phoenix locations. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call us as soon as possible.
By law, we have a prescription refill policy that does not allow us to refill your prescription over the weekend. Please anticipate your prescription refill needs, do not wait until you have run out of your medication, and let us know as soon as possible during office hours only if you would like to request a prescription refill.
If you would like to speak to your physician's medical assistant, please understand that every effort will be made to return your call, however, there are policies put in place to avoid interruptions to the office schedule. Our staff is thoroughly trained to answer your medical questions, and encourage you to follow your physician's instructions as carefully and closely as possible.
Preparing for Your Visit
There are a few things you can do to prepare for your first visit at Arizona Bone and Joint Specialists. It is a good idea to bring the following:
- x-rays, MRIs, or any other diagnostic imaging from any previous appointments
- a list of your current medications including prescription, over-the-counter medications, herbal supplements and vitamins
- a list of your questions for your orthopedic surgeon
- a small notebook to record any information your surgeon gives you that you may want to view later
