Hans Lettner is a licensed physical therapist at Arizona Bone and Joint Specialists. He administers treatment for musculoskeletal injuries and conditions and specializes in the Graston Technique, an instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that breaks down scar tissue and fascial restrictions.
With over 15 years of experience working with orthopedic patients in outpatient and home health settings, Hans understands many patients come to physical therapy for pre- or post-operative care, and sometimes following years of chronic pain and movement dysfunction. He is also aware that patients may be apprehensive about initiating movement patterns due to painful past experiences.
Patients are required to put their pain, frustrations, fear, aspirations, and trust in another. As a physical therapist, Hans accepts this endeavor with great respect and guided encouragement. He thoroughly enjoys helping patients regain their physical abilities through comprehensive physical therapy programs.
