    Here is a recent update from one of our patients: Progress has been excellent.  Bike riding outdoors, have constructed gym in my garage using Resistance bands and TRX suspension system; using 3 X per week focusing on golf-specific exercises (basic TRX exercises, rotation, core, Fitter wobble board, Bosu ball, Stability Ball, and Teeter inversion bed)
