Haley Palmer
Born in Omaha, Nebraska, Haley grew up competing in a multitude of sports, ranging from weight lifting to cheerleading. After competing for four years as a dual-sport collegiate athlete in rugby and cheerleading and completing an undergraduate degree in movement and exercise science, Haley made the move to Arizona to pursue a master's degree in strength and conditioning at Arizona State University.
For the past four years, Haley has delivered athlete-centered strength and conditioning training to youth, collegiate, and professional athletes competing in nearly every sport. With a master’s degree in strength and conditioning and the designation of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the NSCA, Haley strives to assist athletes in effectively developing the abilities that may positively influence on-field/court/ice/track/mat performance. With a passion for long-term athletic development, Haley enjoys building the athlete-training relationship to help them both enjoy and understand the reasoning behind their training process and how it can positively impact their lives and performance.
