Scott Morrow is a Sports Performance Coach at Training HAUS Arizona. He was born in Rohnert Park, California, and grew up competing in a wide range of sports, from weight lifting to baseball. After four years as a collegiate baseball player, he moved to Arizona to earn his bachelor’s degree in strength and conditioning from Arizona State University.

For the past 10 years, Scott has provided athlete-centered strength and conditioning training to youth, collegiate, and professional athletes across every sport. With a passion for long-term athletic development, he focuses on helping athletes build the physical qualities that directly enhance on-field, court, ice, track, or mat performance. Scott takes pride in developing strong coach-athlete relationships, ensuring every athlete understands the “why” behind their training so they can fully enjoy the process and see meaningful results in both their performance and daily life.

Outside the gym, Scott stays active with his own training and enjoys hiking and long walks with his dog, Charley, while exploring Arizona’s beautiful landscapes.
