Aileen "Allie" Pletta, P.T., D.P.T., S.C.S.
Locations
Allie hails from Rochester, Minnesota, and still considers it home. However, she left to attend college and graduated from the Creighton University School of Physical Therapy in 2009. From there, she commissioned into the Navy as an Active Duty Physical Therapist and served faithfully, working with Marines aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, Navy recruits, and Special Forces personnel.
In 2015, she successfully passed the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties Sports examination and became a Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS). She moved from California to Arizona in May 2026 to be closer to her husband, who is a coach in Minor League Baseball (MiLB).
During her time on active duty, Allie completed advanced training in manipulation, dry needling, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) therapy. She incorporates these techniques, along with other traditional physical therapy methods, to help her patients recover and perform at their best.
Her professional passions include working with athletes—particularly volleyball and baseball players—as well as tactical athletes. Her ultimate goal is to help patients return to their respective sports and recreational activities.
In her free time, Allie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their fur baby. Together, they are working toward visiting all of the U.S. National Parks. They love hiking and taking in epic sunrises and sunsets. She also enjoys returning to the Midwest to spend time with family and go pheasant hunting.
