Delwyn J. Worthington, MD

Total Joint, General & Pediatric Orthopedics

Dr. Worthington is an orthopedic surgeon who has treated patients for more than 30 years. He specializes in reconstructive surgery, pediatric orthopedics, sports medicine, trauma, and total joint replacement. Dr. Worthington gravitated toward the field of orthopedics because of his appreciation for the three-dimensional problems that orthopedics provides and the variety of common to complex issues he is able to address with patients, including cases of leg lengthening and post-traumatic deformity correction. He attended the University of Arizona College of Medicine and further honed his expertise by participating in a Phoenix Integrated Surgical Residency Program at Maricopa Medical Center.  Dr. Worthington is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Board of Medical Examiners.  He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Medical Association, the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine, the Arizona Orthopaedic Society, the Maricopa County Medical Association and the Western Orthopaedic Association.
